ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT REPORT FOR 2024-2025
We begin by thanking God for the far we have come this academic year. His guidance and blessings have been evident in the remarkable progress our students have made, and we are grateful for the strength and wisdom granted to everyone in our school community.
This report presents an overview of the academic achievements of students from grades 1 to 8. The focus is on students’ performance across various subjects and participation in significant academic events, including the Science Fair and Debate Competitions.
In junior school students have shown tremendous growth in Languages, especially in English where their communication skills both written and oral have improved significantly. This enabled them to participate in debate contest where two of our students emerged to be the top debaters. There is significant improvement, particularly in Mathematics and Integrated Science. Their problem-solving abilities have advanced remarkably, showing an increase in performance. Students are also excelling in creative thinking and scientific inquiry, which are key skills for their future academic journeys.
Debate Competitions
The introduction of debate competitions fostered critical thinking and communication skills among students. The grades 7 and 8 participated in debate completion that was held at Amref University. This event helped enhance their public speaking, research, and argumentation skills. Esther Amani emerged the best public speaker and proceeded to the next level.
Mathematics and Science Fair
Science Fair was a highlight of the academic year. The grade seven students took part in science fair that was held at Liz Wanyoike Academy. It gave our students an opportunity to explore scientific concepts and demonstrate their understanding. Prizes were awarded in various categories, including Best Project, Most Innovative Idea, and Best Presentation. These awards encouraged healthy competition and boosted student’s confidence. We hosted grade four mathematics quiz. Our students excelled, securing 2nd place overall out of six schools.
School Population
Our school currently hosts 614 learners, and we are excited about the future. With our excellent facilities and resources, we expect to welcome even more learners in the near future. The well-equipped classrooms, modern learning tools, and dedicated staff provide an environment where students can thrive. We are confident that, with these resources, we will continue to see increased enrollment and sustained academic excellence across all levels.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the parents, Managing Director, and teachers for their constant support and dedication. Your encouragement and guidance have been instrumental in helping our students achieve these milestones.
