Here are a few steps to follow:

Step 1: Submit Required Documents

Fill in the Online Application Form completely and ensure all signatures are captured.
Attach the following to the form:
- 2 recent passport-size photos of the learner.
- Copy of Birth Certificate.
- Latest Academic Report.
- (For transfers) Clearance/Transfer Letter.
- NEMIS, KNEC Assessment Number (Grade 3-9), and KAPSEA Certificate(JSS).
Submit the complete application to the School Office.

Step 2: Follow-Up & Communication

Within 1 week, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and providing an Application Reference Number.
Within 14 days, you’ll get another email with the application outcome and assessment date.
If successful, pay the Assessment Fee within 7 working days to secure the slot. If not paid, the application will be cancelled.

Step 3: Admission

After assessments, successful candidates will receive instructions to pay the Admission and Commitment Fee (within 14 days).
Once cleared, you will get:
- Admission Number.
- Invitation to pick up admission documents.

NB1: If you don’t receive any communication within 1 week of applying, follow up via the school’s contacts.
NB2: The school may cancel admission for learners with outstanding fee balances from Emanuela Mazzola School or Urafiki Carovana School.
